“This was the best experience I’ve had with a roofing company! When you have water dripping through a ceiling light fixture you know it’s time to call the professionals. I tried several companies listed online and either got no response or was told that it would be 4-5 days before they could come out. While searching here and on Google I found Cedar Roofs NW.
I called and left a message as I had done on numerous other companies phones but this was much better. I got a call back from Sean Haney in about 10 minutes! It got even better when he said he could be at my house in less than 30 minutes!!!! He actually beat me to the house and was already accessing the problems. He was very thorough checking from inside the attic to look for light leaks. When completed, he had found 9 leaks and repaired them all. And still no return phone calls from any of the other companies.”

“Replaced over 200 cedar shakes and ridgecaps, replaced 5 pipejacks, air cleaned roof and gutters, cleared a blocked downspout, then applied an oil based preservative treatment.
I have been using this company to come out about every five years to replace shakes and do treatments. Now at nearly 25 years, my cedar roof is in wonderful shape. I called the owner, Mike, and he came out within a couple of days, estimated that about three bundles of shakes should be replaced, only air blowing would be needed for cleaning and that it was time to replace the house’s original 5 pipe jacks. When the weather dried out Sean called and arranged to come out. He arrived in the morning and finished at dinnertime, doing all the scheduled worked and totally cleaning up afterward.”

“Repaired old cedar roof, re-roofed section of roof and detached garage. Treated the entire roof with oil preservative.
They promptly responded to and repaired roof leaks. We then contracted with them to fix the entire roof (re-roof where necessary, repair and treat). The crews worked efficiently and did appropriate site clean-up. The company did not ”sell us” new roofing where it wasn’t necessary. The treatment will extend the life of our roof.”
